Hospice Care is care that is provided for the comfort of someone who has a terminal illness and has less than 12 months to live. 

Hospice organizations are located in the community offering aid to those who are in pain and suffering from there terminal illness. They are staffed by dedicated nurses who specialize in end of life issues.
